Balsamic Vinegar of Modena AND CHIANTI CLASSICO
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena) and Chianti Classico are together again in Florence, for an event of meetings and tastings with quality Italian Food&Beverage products.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 17th, and the day after tomorrow, Wednesday 18th, the 2015 Chianti Classico Collection Preview will take place again at the Leopolda Station in Florence with over 140 wine businesses participating, together with a selection of some of the most famous PDO and PGI food designations, of which the black gold of Modena is one of the most accredited representatives.

The participation of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena) at this prestigious event with a stand presenting the two types, matured and aged, – in the area dedicated to PDO and PGI top quality products – comes on the heels of an already established partnership between the Consortium for the Protection Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena) and the Chianti Classico Consortium to promote Made in Italy quality food and wine products in the world, a collaboration that was born last December with a series of wine and food events at the Enoteca of the Central Market in Florence and at the Crystal Lounge of the Artemio Franchi Stadium.
